Privacy Policy

This page explains how SoraNathr Studio handles Excel files, image links, and data uploaded by users.

Data we process

The site processes the uploaded Excel file and reads product names, image links, and cells needed for export. This data is not used outside running the service.

File and image storage

Uploaded Excel files, session data, and processed images are stored to run the session. Session files and modified images are kept for 72 hours from the last activity, while export files are kept for 24 hours, then deleted automatically.

Deleting data

Users can delete a session file. Related session data, products, files, and local images are then removed from the server within the allowed storage boundaries.

Security

The system does not modify the Excel file stored on the user's device. Edits happen in a server-side working copy, and export links are replaced only from current session data.
